Ratings and Reviews Report

The ratings & reviews report provides the detailed information about order's ratings and reviews in the specified stores.

Report fields:

Name	Details
Order reviewed at	Date when the order is reviewed (format: yyyy-MM-dd)
Platform order ID	ID of the order provided by the Otter platform
Brand	Name of the brand
Location	Name of the location where the order was processed
Store ID	ID of the store, the same as in the input
Channel	Ordering channel, e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.
Order rating	Customer's rating of the order
Order review	Customer's review of the order
Order Review ID	ID of the review which can be used to reply or schedule a reply to a review
