Upsert Hours Flow

This flow describes the process of creating/updating only the menu hours for a given store on an integrated service.

1. Public API sends an “upsert hours“ webhook event request to modify menu hours for a given store on an integrated service.

2. Partner application performs the request operation within the integrated service and then sends the webhook event result to POST /v1/menus/hours.
