Update Menu Entities Availability Flow

This flow describes the process of suspending/unsuspending a given menu entity on an integrated service.

1. Public API sends an “update menu entity availability“ webhook event, requesting to suspend/unsuspend a menu entity.

2. Partner application performs the request operation within the integrated service and then sends the webhook event result to POST /v1/menus/entity/availability/bulk.
